Resolution rules
Resolves by when Dragons Market first launches publicly on NEAR mainnet. "Launch" = a public app on NEAR mainnet where any NEAR account can place a trade with real tokens in at least one market, with no invite, waitlist or whitelist. NOT a launch: an NFT mint, a waitlist, testnet, a closed or invite-only beta, or a teaser. Launch time = timestamp of the first official announcement that trading is open, on Dragons Market's official X account (@DragonsOnNear, https://x.com/DragonsOnNear) or official website, provided the resolver can confirm that trading actually works. All dates are UTC. Outcomes: "Before Nov 1" = launch before 2026-11-01 00:00 UTC. "Nov 1 - Nov 30" = launch from 2026-11-01 00:00 UTC to 2026-11-30 23:59 UTC. "Not by Nov 30" = no launch by 2026-11-30 23:59 UTC. If the launch cannot be verified within the resolution window, the market is voided and stakes are refunded. Trading closes 2026-11-30 23:59 UTC.
