Terms of Service

Last updated:

By using Noa Market, you accept these Terms and the risks of wallet-connected prediction markets. You are responsible for your legal eligibility, wallet security, transaction decisions, and taxes.

1. Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Noa Market, including its website, interfaces, market information, wallet connections, smart-contract interactions, and related features (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and lawful use

You may use the Service only if you are at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and are permitted to use prediction markets and digital-token services where you live or are located.

  • You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the Service is lawful and whether any registration, licence, reporting, or other requirement applies to you.
  • Do not use the Service from a jurisdiction where the Service or your intended activity is prohibited.
  • Do not use a VPN, proxy, false location information, or another method to evade legal, compliance, security, or access restrictions.

3. The Service is not advice

Noa Market provides software and information that can help users view and interact with prediction markets. No content, market price, probability, ranking, comment, notification, or other material available through the Service is financial, investment, legal, tax, or other professional advice.

You must make your own decisions and, when appropriate, consult an independent professional. Noa Market is not your broker, adviser, fiduciary, or agent.

4. Wallet, account, and device security

You control your external wallet, device, approvals, signatures, recovery methods, and credentials. Noa Market will not ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key.

  • You are responsible for securing your wallet, browser, device, access keys, and authenticated session.
  • You are responsible for reviewing every message, token, amount, contract, network, permission, and transaction before signing.
  • Activity authorised through your wallet or authenticated session may be treated as activity performed by you.
  • Notify the official Noa Market support channel promptly if you believe your account or session has been compromised.

5. Prediction-market and token risks

Prediction markets and digital tokens are risky. Use only assets you can afford to lose. You accept that you may lose some or all of the value you commit to a market.

  • Prices are generated by market activity and formulas; they are not guarantees of probability, accuracy, liquidity, or future value.
  • Liquidity may be limited. Prices, payouts, fees, and effective execution may change because of slippage, market activity, contract state, network conditions, or third-party failures.
  • Each market is governed by its displayed question, outcomes, rules, closing conditions, and resolver. You are responsible for reviewing them before participating.
  • A resolver may delay, void, or resolve a market in a way you disagree with. No outcome or payout is guaranteed.
  • Tokens may be volatile, lose value, become unsupported, or have technical or legal restrictions. Points or promotional balances have no guaranteed cash value and do not create a promise of future tokens or rewards.

6. Blockchain transactions

Blockchain transactions and smart-contract actions may be public, final, and irreversible. Noa Market generally cannot cancel, reverse, recover, or modify a transaction after it has been submitted or confirmed.

  • You are responsible for the correct wallet, network, token, amount, market, outcome, recipient, and transaction details.
  • Smart contracts, wallets, RPC services, indexers, token contracts, and blockchain networks may contain bugs, be attacked, become congested, pause, fork, or fail.
  • Displayed balances, prices, positions, transaction states, and market states may be delayed or inaccurate during an outage or data-sync problem.

7. Markets and user content

You are responsible for markets, comments, profile information, images, links, and other content you submit. You must have the rights needed to submit that content, and it must not be unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, defamatory, infringing, abusive, or harmful.

You grant Noa Market a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, display, format, and distribute your content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, and promote the Service. Public blockchain content may remain available even if it is removed from Noa Market interfaces.

8. Prohibited conduct

  • Do not use the Service for fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, market manipulation, stolen assets, illegal gambling, or any other unlawful activity.
  • Do not exploit bugs, manipulate market resolution, coordinate abusive trading, impersonate another person, create deceptive markets, or submit malicious content.
  • Do not attack, overload, scrape in a harmful manner, reverse engineer where prohibited, bypass safeguards, interfere with APIs or infrastructure, or disrupt another user's access.
  • Do not use automated systems in a way that creates an unfair advantage, degrades the Service, or violates applicable law or published limits.

9. Third-party services

The Service relies on or links to third-party wallets, wallet connectors, blockchain networks, smart contracts, token issuers, RPC providers, indexers, explorers, databases, hosting providers, image services, and social platforms. Noa Market does not control their availability, security, fees, terms, privacy practices, or actions. Your use of a third-party service is governed by that provider's terms.

10. Fees and taxes

You are responsible for network fees, market fees, token fees, and other charges shown or incurred through your activity. Fees and minimum amounts may change.

You are solely responsible for determining, reporting, and paying all taxes, duties, and other governmental charges arising from your use of the Service, transactions, rewards, gains, or losses.

11. Changes, suspension, and enforcement

We may modify, suspend, restrict, or discontinue all or part of the Service, and may restrict an account or interface access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, maintenance, abuse prevention, or enforcement of these Terms. Smart contracts and public blockchains may continue to exist independently of the Noa Market interface.

12. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY. NOA MARKET DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, AVAILABLE, ACCURATE, COMPLETE, ERROR-FREE, OR FIT FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR THAT ANY MARKET, TOKEN, TRANSACTION, RESOLUTION, OR PAYOUT WILL HAVE A PARTICULAR RESULT.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent the law permits.

13. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NOA MARKET AND ITS OPERATORS, CONTRIBUTORS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOST TOKENS, OR LOSSES ARISING FROM USER ERROR, WALLET COMPROMISE, MARKET OUTCOMES, TOKEN VOLATILITY, SMART-CONTRACT FAILURE, NETWORK FAILURE, THIRD-PARTY SERVICES, OR UNAUTHORISED ACCESS.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability arising from the Service will not exceed the greater of the fees you paid directly to Noa Market for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable.

14. Your responsibility for claims

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your content, or your infringement of another person's rights.

15. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the Service, risks, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date identifies the current version. Your continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.

Questions about these Terms can be sent through the official support channels linked by the Service. Please also review our Privacy Policy.
