Resolution rules
Resolves Yes if the Binance NEAR/USDT spot daily (1D) candle for 2026-11-07 (00:00-23:59 UTC) closes strictly above $4.50 (https://www.binance.com/en/trade/NEAR_USDT). Otherwise No. If Binance NEAR/USDT spot trading is halted or that candle is unavailable, the CoinGecko NEAR historical USD price for 2026-11-08 (00:00 UTC snapshot, https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/near) is used instead. Trading closes 2026-11-07 00:00 UTC, before the final day starts.
