Resolution rules
Resolves to the bucket containing the number of submitted projects shown as "SUBMITTED PROJECTS" on https://nearhackathon.com (the same figure as `total` at https://nearhackathon.com/api/projects), read at 2026-11-15 12:00 UTC, after the 2026-11-14 23:59 UTC submission deadline. If the organizers extend the deadline, the count is read 12 hours after the new deadline. Projects removed by the organizers before the reading do not count; changes after the reading are ignored. Outcomes: "Under 400" = 0-399. "400 - 549" = 400-549. "550 - 699" = 550-699. "700 - 899" = 700-899. "900+" = 900 or more. If the figure cannot be read by 2026-11-20 23:59 UTC, the market is voided and stakes are refunded. All times UTC. Forecasts close 2026-11-14 23:59 UTC, at the submission deadline.
